2024 Standard Photography sessions:

Session date is subject to change at photographers/my discretion. If you need to reschedule the next available date will be offered. I can not promise a certain time frame for reschedules. I will do my best to get you in quickly. Gift certificates can be used up to 12 months from purchase date. Turn around time depends on workload for that month. There is not a set turn around time, however I strive to get photos back before 3 weeks. There is not a set amount of photos guaranteed, it depends on weather, lighting, and how your family and I work together during the  session. Sessions are 45 minutes. Photos MUST be downloaded within 3 days of receiving gallery. If you can not do that please let me know. After 3 days the gallery may be deleted to make space for others. I can re-upload your session for up to 1.5 years after session date for a fee of $10. Any refund requested is at the discretion of myself the Photographer. I will strive to be fair and flexible when a refund is requested. However, generally I do not offer refunds and will give you a gift certificate to use within 12 months from original paid date. Session Fees are required at booking to guarantee you a spot on my calendar for up to 6 months. After 6 months your session spot is forfeited unless otherwise discussed. I will do my part to always be kind and a team player and ask you do the same. If a refund is offered it can take up to 30 days. Please remember it is just me running this little business and Photography supports my family and I am so grateful to work with you.

2024 Fall & Winter Mini sessions:

Booking fee is due at the time of booking and is not refundable. The session fee is due 3 days before the date of the mini session. By paying the booking fee you are agreeing to both the session date as well as the rain date & location changes if needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you get your full planned session time. I am unable to extend any time slots past the scheduled 15 minutes. If you can not make it on the day of I can transfer your session fee to a gift certificate and you have 6 months from that date to use it. Photos will be edited and delivered to you via digital gallery within 3 days. By signing and paying you agree to these these mini session terms.
